My experience is in law enforcement. I bring thirty years of law enforcement experience from NYPD to Overwatch Services. During my tenure with the New York City Police Department my assignments included Instructor at the Police Academy, Commanding Officer of the Management Information Systems Division’s Network Development and Standards Section, and Commanding Officer of the 28th Precinct. As Commanding Officer of the 28th Precinct, I supervised over 200 people and the primary responsibility for the safety and quality of life of the residence who reside within this precinct rested with me.

In 2007, due to my leadership, crime initiatives, strategies, and the performance of the officers in the 28th precinct, this command had the largest percentage decrease in overall crime. Crime was also down in all major categories.

Upon my successful management of the 28th precinct, I transferred to the Police Department’s Training Bureau. Here I was responsible for reviewing, evaluating and assessing the Police Department’s current practices. My reviews and recommendations lead to the revamping of the Police Department’s Captain Promotional Training Course, Firearms Training Course and the Unarmed Tactical Training. I retired from NYPD as a full bird Inspector.

Over the years I have managed to establish relationships with several prominent individuals, organizations, and agencies. The same dedication, personal commitment, analytical skills and leadership I possessed and displayed while employed by the NYPD so too will I employ them within this company. We will work to devise a strategy uniquely tailored to your needs and I assure you, your concerns are MY concerns.

As president of the company, I come with 25 years of law enforcement and security experience. I posses over 30 years of martial arts experience. I make it my mission to keep up with the emerging trends in security.

It is through these combine years of experience that I have acquired defensive driving abilities in addition to, the skills necessary for identifying personal and corporate threats.
